  • Absence during Delivery
Our packages are delivered with signature tracking and must be signed on arrival with the recipient. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, our courier is able to arrange a second delivery attempt the next business day.

 

 

Purchase in a physical store

Feberi is an Online sales company based in Rome that buys its products directly from Florentine laboratories, it is not possible to find our models in a physical store and it is not possible to go directly to the artisan workshops because they do not carry out retail sales.

If you want to see or try one of our Feberi models personally, you can order it on our website and return it for free within 14 days.
