Returns and Refunds

Method of Return

After making the return request and once approved by our customer service, you can proceed with the packaging of the product which will be collected by the courier appointed by us and at our expense on a date to be agreed.

Notes for Returns

We remind you that the products must be returned in their original packaging and that the packaging must be the same as that received or of equal strength and that preserves the integrity of the products and their packaging.

The products must be returned in excellent condition, we do not accept used products or products that have obvious signs of wear.

Returns that do not comply with these rules will be considered invalid and will therefore be returned to the sender.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
